Returning
Is there damage to the equipment or is it not working properly? What a pity to hear, returning in these cases is of course no problem! You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt and then we will work together to find an appropriate solution.
Normally, the chosen product can be exchanged, allowing you to get back to work within a short time and without problems. If this solution is not the desired choice, please contact us at: caspar@retailequipment.eu or call: 0614470300. Then together we will look for a solution that will make you happy again.
If you want to use your right of withdrawal, please contact us via caspar@retailequipment.eu. The delivered products will be returned in their original state to Retail Equipment Europe, after which the order amount will be refunded, provided that the product is received in good order and without any signs of use or defects.
Should the product be damaged or should the packaging be damaged, Retail Equipment Europe may charge you a reduction in value. For this reason, please handle the product with care and pack the product well when returning it.
