Features of the Euromat include: network connectivity, LED lighting (approx. 50,000 operating hours), tube moistening, left/right rotating fan with 8 speeds, the ProClean self-cleaning installation and the automatic load detection system with IBC energy saving tool. Wiesheu EBO — the deck oven for traditional stone baking
The Wiesheu EBO is a deck oven that allows you to bake traditionally on stone. The coated plate ensures that all bakery products get a perfect crust. Up to three baking chambers with different heights are available for different types of bakery products, and direct baking on stone is possible.
